The Terex Campsie facility has celebrated a significant manufacturing achievement for ProStack and EcoTec brands.
The site rolled out its 1000th machine since opening five years ago. The Northern Ireland facility is dedicated to producing the ProStack range, which is popular in the bulk materials handling industry, and EcoTec, which is used in waste management and recycling.
The site has significantly changed since it opened its doors. The facility has expanded 50 per cent and has been subject to a £12 million ($23.5m AUD) investment from Terex to make it a centre of excellence.
“This milestone represents a significant achievement since Terex Campsie opened its doors five years ago, highlighting our commitment to engineering and manufacturing excellence,” Steve Aiken, business line director for ProStack, said.
“With an aggressive product development strategy, the manufacturing footprint at Terex Campsie has expanded by over 50 per cent since 2019. The site is now producing more than three times the volume of 2019-2020, and double what was produced in 2021.”
The ProStack brand has grown alongside the Campsie site’s expansion. In the same time period as the facility’s operation, ProStack’s portfolio has expanded to include the Manta Port Hopper series, the Hornet Bulk Reception Feeder series, the Telson Telescopic Conveyor series and the Ranger Tracked Conveyor series.

All of these series have been used by customers in a wide array of bulk handling applications including quarrying, aggregates, mining, minerals as well as ports and terminals.
“We are pleased to have achieved this significant milestone, a testament to the dedication and effort of our team,” Aiken said.
“Alongside the growth of Terex Campsie, ProStack has earned a reputation for producing highly efficient and versatile machines tailored to the bulk material handling and stockpiling industry.
“Over these five years, we’ve experienced growth of both our product line and distribution network, and this success is thanks to the steadfast support of our customers, distributors, and team members.”
