A proven granite quarry located at Dowerin, approximately two hours from Perth, is looking for a joint venture partner.
The owner of a quarry site in Dowerin in Western Australia is looking for interested parties who would consider a joint venture in an operation not hampered by urban area restrictions.
The quarry is part of a 67 acre (27 hectare) leased area, creating scope for future growth with plenty of room to expand.
All licences are approved and current with the Western Australia Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
The current extractive industry licence is valid for a five year term, valued at $100,000 per year.
The granite resource is estimated at 20mt.
There’s suitable road access to the site.
