Astec Industries has confirmed it will attend the World of Asphalt and NSSGA’s AGG1 Aggregates Academy Expo 2024 event.
Astec will display its portfolio of equipment across the infrastructure sector including asphalt, road construction and aggregate processing.
“We are innovation driven and customer focused at Astec, so opportunities like World of Asphalt/AGG1 are so important for connecting with our customers and giving them an up-close view of all the ways we are optimizing our Rock to Road solutions for them,” MS group president Michael Norris said.
“We’re eager to understand our customers’ challenges and provide customized insights to enhance their operations.”
World of Asphalt and Agg1 attendees will have exclusive first-look access to five new products and product features across each Astec product segment. These include two new sustainability-focused systems for asphalt processing.
The IntelliPac Moisture System provides operators with real-time insights into aggregate moisture, allowing for precise adjustments that can result in significant cost savings while the ReMix cold central plant recycling system offers a sustainable solution for efficiently utilizing reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) stockpiles.
The Astec Whisper Jet and Versa Jet Burners will round out the asphalt processing product offering on hand. Visitors will also have access to a new asphalt mixing augmented reality immersive experience.
On the aggregate side, Astec will be representing its robust catalogue of crushing equipment with the Kodiak K300 cone crusher, the Pioneer 2650 jaw crusher, and the Titan cone crusher. Accompanying this lineup, is the all-new 6203 horizontal screen.
With its novel approach to screen cloth blinding reduction, this patent-pending innovation offers increased performance and reduced operating costs, without the need for an external power source.
“Astec’s commitment to advancing the industry is evident in our trailblazing products. We are excited to be a part of the World of Asphalt/AGG1 2024 event, where we will showcase our latest technologies and demonstrate how Astec continues to lead the way in providing solutions for the Rock to Road industries,” IPS group president Ben Snyman said.
The event will occur from March 25-27, 2024 in Nashville, Tennessee.
