Terex MPS Americas has announced a series of leadership changes for the new year across its business.
Daniel Wyatt and Chris Reed have been promoted to new positions within the company, which Pat Bain, vice president of Terex Aggregates, said was a reflection of the company’s commitment to “promoting talent from within and positioning our teams for success”.
Wyatt has been promoted to operations general manager for Terex MPS Americas after previously serving as operations director in Oklahoma City for the company. In his new role, he will report to Bain. Wyatt has experience in operations, manufacturing thermal control systems and cost analysis.
“He made a huge difference to the business in Oklahoma City, and created a legacy of production excellence that Terex will work hard to emulate at our Campsie facility. In his new role, Daniel will oversee the site closure of Oklahoma City, while also assuming operational responsibilities for Durand, Michigan,” Bain said.
Reed has been appointed to the role of commercial general manager for Terex MPS Americas brands, including Cedarapids, Simplicity and Canica. Previously, Reed was the product manager at Terex MPS.
Reed will report to Bain and add additional responsibilities in his new role.
“Chris worked for John Deere for a spell before joining Terex in 2006 as a design engineer, receiving several promotions prior to becoming product manager for several of our brands. Chris will add sales, aftermarket and engineering to his existing product management responsibilities,” Bain said.
“The strong team culture has paved the way for us to confidently promote Daniel and Chris and Terex MPS Americas for continued success. I look forward to collaborating with them and as we move into our next phase of opportunity and growth.”
