Benedict Recycling has confirmed it will be an official sponsor of the Newcastle Knights when the NRL returns for the 2025 season.

It will be the sixth year that Benedict Recycling has been a sponsor of the Newcastle Knights since the partnership began in 2019.

“Benedict is dedicated not only to a sustainable environment but also to fostering strong, lasting connections with our local partners and community,” Benedict Recycling Newcastle business manager Dayne Steggles said.

“Our renewed partnership with the Knights aligns perfectly with this commitment, and we look forward to an exciting year ahead, both on and off the field.”

Benedict Recycling specialises in turning construction and demolition waste into building and landscape materials. It provides large-scale projects and waste generators to process their materials. According to the company, it has an 84 per cent waste recycling and resource recovery rate, which means more than three million tonnes have been diverted from landfill since 2019.

To mark the partnership, when customers use Benedict Recycling’s Newcastle recycling centre and shout ‘Go Knights’, they could win one of four double passes.
