Executive leadership team named for Amrize

Holcim has revealed the designated executive leadership team for its North American business, Amrize.  

Amrize is expected to become operational following a planned spin-off from Holcim, which is expected by the end of the first half of 2025.  

The latest announcement follows confirmation that Holcim chairman Jan Jenisch will be the chairman and chief executive officer of Amrize, as well as the members of Amrize’s board.  

Now Holcim has confirmed the members of Amrize’s executive leadership team, which will be led by Jenisch as chairman and CEO following the spin-off.

“Our leadership team includes key Holcim leaders who have played instrumental roles in the success of our business, as well as new leaders from top U.S. companies with strong North American market expertise. The Amrize executive leadership team includes:  

  • Jan Jenisch (CEO and chairman)  
  • Ian Johnston (chief financial officer)  
  • Jaime Hill (building materials president)  
  • Jake Gosa (building envelope president)  
  • Nollaig Forrest (chief marketing and corporate affairs officer)  
  • Steve Clark (chief people officer)  
  • Denise Singleton (chief legal officer and corporate secretary)  
  • Sam Poletti (chief strategy and M&A officer)  
  • Mario Gross (chief supply chain officer)  
  • Roald Brouwer (chief technology officer)
