The Yaamba Sand Quarry is backed by decades of operation with a proven industry reputation. The site spans 80 hectares across a freehold parcel and adjoining forestry lease, providing efficient site integration and dual extraction zones.
With convenient access to Rockhampton and Yaamba, this site is ideal for operators looking to meet growing demand in a booming construction corridor. As well as local roads infrastructure projects, the quarry has also supplied major wind farm projects.
The resources feature natural river sand and stone from which it produces concrete sand, bedding sand, river stone and type 2 roadbase materials. The site possesses extensive capabilities including extraction, processing, onsite and offsite transportation.

It has established infrastructure and comprehensive equipment including wheel loaders, a mobile screening and wash plant and excavator.
