Suncoast Asphalt’s transition to the Alex Fraser brand has been completed.
The change, announced in early March, aligns the Narangba asphalt operation with its parent company’s national identity.
Alex Fraser managing director Peter Murphy said the shift is intended to strengthen the company’s presence in the state and reinforce its long-term focus on sustainable construction materials.
“Together, we will strengthen our ability to deliver high‑quality, innovative and low‑carbon construction solutions to the Queensland market, backed by the global expertise of Heidelberg Materials and the strong, people‑centred culture that defines our business,” he said.
“While our name is changing, our focus remains on keeping people safe and providing a customer experience built on trust, great service and proven performance.”
The Narangba plant, acquired by Alex Fraser in 2018, has operated for several years as part of the Alex Fraser network, supplying and paving asphalt into the South-East Queensland market. The formal rebrand brings the Queensland business into a unified national structure that the company said will provide clearer market positioning and operational consistency across its sites.
Murphy said that customers and suppliers should expect continuity in personnel and service delivery, with the same team remaining in place at Narangba.
“For our customers, suppliers and community partners, it’s business as usual; the same team, same commitment to quality, and the same reliable service you know and trust,” he said.
